Melissa Neck Photography is an all-inclusive luxury boutique styled studio that specializes in high school seniors. We pride ourselves in being a studio that is up to date with the latest styles, trends and fashion. At MNP, you will receive an experience from start to finish; with each session customized to meet each senior’s style and vision.

We offer several senior session rates for our seniors to meet your needs. Each session option offers a specific time coverage, location and outfits choices. The session fee and a signed contract are due at the time of booking and secures your spot in my calendar.

The session fee covers our time, talent, preparing for your session, and does not include any digitals, prints or products. We offer a wide range of collections as well as products such as digitals, prints, canvases, albums and much more. Payment plans are available and encouraged.

Welcome to the studio!

Now it is time for some fun! From the beginning, this will be about you!! From our first meet up to talk about all the details from styling, locations, how to prepare for your session, and what to expect before, during and after your session, we believe that your session should reflect who you are and your personality!

The Session Process

Book your session! We book 4-6 months in advance during peek senior season, August through November. You are not on our calendar until your session fee has been paid and a contract has been signed. Sessions take place on a weekday, and spots are limited per month.

About 4-6 weeks before your session, you will receive information about how to prepare for your session, which will include a What to Wear Guide and Skin Prep Guide, along with other information.

About 2 weeks before your session, you will come to our studio for a consultation to go over everything for your session day. This will including clothing, hair/makeup and locations.

The day of your session, you will meet at our studio for hair and make up prior to your session, and then we will then head to your first location.

After your session, we will schedule a date for your ordering session. Your ordering session will take place 1 week after your session. This is when you will see and select your images, as well as place your print/product order. Please allow 3-4 weeks after your ordering session for your products to arrive.

Modern Session

* Additional travel fee for Richmond, Newport News, Hampton, & Smithfield. Advanced noticed & approval for travel outside of these listed

luxe Session

* Session fee covers session time, travel, preparation, editing, allotted images, Use of style closet, and Online gallery. High-quality Products are optional, and a collection can be customized per client.
Additional fee for locations outside of approved areas (Luxe Session only) and locations that require permits.
Prices are subject to change without notice but are locked in once a contract and invoice have been submitted. 7% VA sales tax and shipping & handling will be added to all orders.
DepoSIt of $150 required and signed contract with payment option available for balance.
